We at Centaur consider the personal health and well being of our employees of the utmost importance. Their safety is a core value of Centaur management which guides us in the various work environments where we provide housekeeping services. Centaur recognizes that an unsafe workplace not only harms the health of our employees, but it also has a negative affect on the ability of a company to perform work profitably; a good safety record is a critical factor for us. Because employee safety is a team effort, we actively reward our employees for their safe behavior through a monthly safety bonus drawing.
